It removes dusts or minute particles stuck to the surface of the parts or the materials that are brought into a clean room, by spraying air at high speed. It is used as a passage when materials or parts are brought into a clean zone. In order to maintain the cleanness of a clean room and to prevent the inflow of dusts, incoming, outgoing, and moving should be minimized. Pass Box is installed on the boundary between a clean zone and a non-clean zone so it is possible to bring in or take out things without men's incoming and outgoing. Accordingly, it prevents the inflow of pollutants or the discharge of clean air.

Use

Installed on the wall of a clean room, it prevents the polluted air of outside from flowing into a clean room when materials or parts are brought into the clean room. When materials or parts are brought into the clean room, clean air, which is filtered through a hepa-filter, is sprayed at high speed so the pollutants stuck to the brought-in parts are removed and the inflow of the polluted air from the outside of the clean room is prevented.

Features

1. Air is sprayed from 5 sides in Pass Box so the effect of removing minute particles is great.

2. The bottom is treated with SUS perforated board so minute particles are effectively removed out.

3. The structure is made of AL-profile and AL-composite panel developed by Woongbee TS so it is light and it has excellent durability and appearance.

4. It has employed Sirocco-fan for 220V and 1 phase so a separate construction work for power is not necessary.
